PCdoB: Política externa do governo interino ameaça integração latino-americana
Nesta segunda-feira, 30 de maio, o PCdoB divulgou nota de sua Comissão Política Nacional condenando a “autoproclamada nova política externa” do governo golpista brasileiro que ressuscita “uma política externa subalterna para com o imperialismo estadunidense e as potências imperialistas da União Europeia e de menosprezo e divisão para com a América Latina, o Caribe e a África”. Nota sobre a política externa
1 – A Comissão Política Nacional do Partido Comunista do Brasil rechaça as proposições apresentadas no discurso de posse do ministro interino das Relações Exteriores José Serra, reveladoras do afã de destruir o legado de prestígio do Brasil junto aos povos do mundo, granjeado pelo exercício durante os governos do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva e da presidenta Dilma Rousseff de uma política externa independente, de defesa da paz e da democratização das relações internacionais.
2 – A Comissão Política Nacional do Partido Comunista do Brasil repudia os pronunciamentos feitos no dia 13 de maio pelo Ministério das Relações Exteriores do governo ilegítimo de Michel Temer, em que a chancelaria se expressa em termos injustos e inamistosos contra países da América Latina e do Caribe e a União das Nações Sul-Americanas – Unasul. Aqueles países e a Unasul haviam manifestado sua solidariedade com nosso país e o povo brasileiro no momento em que a democracia é violada pelo golpe de Estado contra o governo legítimo, constitucional e democrático da presidenta Dilma Rousseff. Semelhante posição foi defendida também por organizações sociais de várias partes do mundo. Destoante desse consenso internacional foi apenas a posição do embaixador estadunidense na Organização dos Estados Americanos (OEA), que considerou legal o movimento golpista em curso no Brasil.
3 – A autoproclamada nova política externa anunciada no discurso de posse do ministro interino ameaça a unidade latino-americana, principal obra da diplomacia dos governos de Lula e Dilma. O Brasil se empenhou bastante durante esses governos para erguer a unidade latino-americana e promover a integração política soberana dos países da região. E contribuiu para criar instituições que correspondem a esse propósito, como o Mercosul, a Unasul e a Celac. Ao promover e fortalecer a integração da América Latina e o Caribe, o Brasil ajudou a criar um polo geopolítico e econômico que passou a desempenhar um papel importante na luta pela desconcentração do poder mundial, a democratização das relações internacionais e a paz mundial.
4 – O governo interino demonstrou sua predisposição para abandonar essas conquistas. Seus ataques a países amigos e a instituições da integração latino-americana contrastam com as tradições diplomáticas do Brasil e são atitudes hostis aos laços de amizade que o nosso país tem cultivado com forças democráticas e progressistas em todo o mundo. Exercitou, ademais, a velha postura de falar alto com os países amigos menores do continente, ao tempo em que amacia a voz com os Estados Unidos.
5 – O Partido Comunista do Brasil agradece uma vez mais as palavras e gestos de solidariedade dos países amigos e da Unasul, ao tempo em que reafirma a luta pela integração soberana da região latino-americana e caribenha, princípio incorporado à Constituição Federal: “A República Federativa do Brasil buscará a integração econômica, política, social e cultural dos povos da América Latina, visando à formação de uma comunidade latino-americana de nações”. (Artigo 4º, Parágrafo Único).
6 – A Comissão Política Nacional do PCdoB denuncia que o chefe interino do Itamaraty pretende ressuscitar uma política externa subalterna para com o imperialismo estadunidense e as potências imperialistas da União Europeia e de menosprezo e divisão para com a América Latina, o Caribe e a África.
7 – Durante os governos das forças democráticas e progressistas liderados por Lula e Dilma, o Brasil se projetou no mundo, aumentando sua força, ao tempo em que se empenhava para desconcentrar o poder mundial e conquistar uma nova ordem econômica, ao integrar um novo bloco fora da influência estadunidense e europeia, o Brics (Brasil, Rússia, Índia, China e África do Sul). A pretensa nova política externa açodadamente anunciada pelo ministro interino José Serra tenciona exatamente fragilizar esse bloco frente ao hegemonismo dos Estados Unidos.
8 – A Comissão Política Nacional do PCdoB reitera sua disposição de lutar pelo desmascaramento dessa pretensa nova política externa do governo interino de Michel Temer, ao tempo em que, junto com todo o Partido, continuará lutando para afastar o governo ilegítimo que se apossou do poder por força de manobra golpista.

PCdoB: Foreign policy of the interim government threatens Latin American integration
This Monday, May 30, the PCdoB issued a statement of its National Political Commission condemning the “self-proclaimed new foreign policy” of the Brazilian coup government that resurrects “a subordinate foreign policy toward US imperialism and the imperialist powers of the European Union and derision and division with Latin America, Caribbean and Africa.”
Notes about Foreign Policy
1 – The National Political Commission of the Communist Party of Brazil rejects the proposals presented by the interim minister in his inaugural speech of Foreign Relations, José Serra. He revealed the desire to destroy the prestigious legacy of Brazil to the peoples of the world, garnered by the exercise during the government of former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and President Dilma Rousseff of an independent foreign policy, defensive of peace and democratization of international relations.
2 – The National Political Commission of the Communist Party of Brazil repudiates the statements made on May 13, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the illegitimate government of Michel Temer, in which the Foreign Ministry expressed himself in unfair and unfriendly terms against Latin American and Caribbean countries, besides the South American Nations Union – Unasur. Those countries and Unasur expressed their solidarity with our country and the Brazilian people at the time of democracy violation by the coup against the legitimate, constitutional and democratic government of President Dilma Rousseff. The social organizations around the world had similar position as well. In opposite that international consensus was only the position of the US ambassador to the Organization of American States (OAS), which considered the coup movement underway in Brazil inside of legality.
3 – The self-proclaimed new foreign policy – announced by the inaugural speech of the interim Minister – threatens Latin American unity, the main work of diplomacy of the Lula and Dilma governments. In those governments, Brazil worked hard to build the Latin American unity and promote sovereign political integration of the countries of the region. It also contributed to create institutions to reach this purpose, such as Mercosur, Unasur and Celac. To promote and strengthen the integration of Latin America and the Caribbean, Brazil helped the creation of a geopolitical and economic pole that has come to play an important role in the struggle for deconcentrating of world power, the democratization of international relations and world peace.
4 – The interim government showed its willingness to abandon these achievements. Its attacks on friendly countries and institutions of Latin American integration contrast with the diplomatic traditions of Brazil and are hostile attitudes to the friendship ties that our country grew with democratic and progressive forces around the world. Brazil is showing, moreover, the old approach of talking loudly with the smaller friend countries of the continent, the time that softens the voice with the United States.
5 – The Communist Party of Brazil thanks, once again, the words and gestures of solidarity of friendly countries and Unasur while reaffirms the struggle for sovereign integration of Latin American and Caribbean region. A corporate principle to the Federal Constitution: “The Federative Republic of Brazil shall seek the economic, political, social and cultural integration of the peoples of Latin America, viewing the formation of a Latin American community of nations.” (Article 4, Paragraph Unique).
6 – The National Political Commission of PCdoB denounces the interim chief of the Foreign Ministry intends to raise a subordinate foreign policy toward US imperialism and the imperialist powers of the European Union and derision and division with Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa.
7 – During the governments of democratic and progressive forces led by Lula and Dilma, Brazil showed itself to the world, increasing its strength, while engaged to decentralize the world power and conquer a new economic order, by integrating a new block outside the US and EU influence, the BRICs (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa). The alleged new foreign policy announced by interim Minister José Serra intends exactly weaken this front block to the US hegemonic political.
8 – The National Political Commission of PCdoB Policy reiterates its willingness to fight for unmasking the alleged new foreign policy of the interim government of Michel Temer, while, with all the Party, will continue to fight to ward off the illegitimate government that took the power under a coup d’état.
