Attention: it is necessary to have the flight data to fill out the form.
3. Lodging and food
We ask you to contact the Hotel San Marco directly, mentioning the 26th Meeting of the São Paulo Forum to get better prices. The contact is Juscelino ([email protected]) or +5561991474069.
For those who cannot make a reservation at the Hotel San Marco, we suggest booking a room at a nearby hotel.
The hosts will offer food (lunch and dinner) only during the days of activities.
4. Internal transfers
There will be transportation from and to the airport.
We will not offer internal transportation during the days of the activities.
Please make sure you have sent your flight itineraries, full names and passport copy through the registration form.
5. Accreditation
It begins on June 29, at 9:00 in the morning / 9:00 am, directly at the host hotel. We will have four (4) groups of participants:
– Delegates of the Working Group (GT-FSP);
– Delegates of the other member parties;
– National and international guests;
– Press.
6. Payment of fee
ATTENTION: there will be no fee for the 26th Meeting.
7. Language of the Meeting
The official languages of the Meeting will be Spanish and Portuguese.
We will have interpretation for these languages and also English only in the activities carried out in plenary.
8. Health service
The hosts will guarantee the primary health service to the attendees. However, it is recommended that participants have health insurance and for medical expenses when entering the country.
9. Sanitary requirements
No vaccine is required to enter Brazilian territory, including COVID-19 (link 1).
However, some vaccinations are recommended, which can be consulted at link 2.
