3. The activities of the 27th Meeting of FSP will be held in coordination with the activities of CELAC Social 2024, which will take place from June 27-29.

4. Lodging and food

The host parties will cover food for all delegates and guests on the days related to the attendance to the 27th Meeting.

5. Internal transfers

For logistical purposes, we ask you to consider the Palmerola International Airport in Comayagua as your first option to enter and leave the country. The LIBRE party will guarantee internal transportation.

Comrades from the host party and the Executive Secretariat, who will accompany the transfers to the hotel, will expect you at the airport with a “Foro de São Paulo” sign. It is possible that you will have to wait an hour on average for other delegates to use the collective transport to the place of lodging.

Please make sure you have sent your flight itineraries, full names and passport copy through the registration form.

6. Payment of fee

A fee must be paid at the accreditation, detailed below:
– Member organizations: US$ 250.00 (two hundred and fifty US dollars).
– Individual participants (delegates and guests): US$50.00 (fifty US dollars).

7. Language of the Meeting

The official languages of the Meeting will be Spanish and Portuguese.

8. Health service

The hosts will guarantee the primary health service to the attendees. However, it is recommended that participants have health insurance and for medical expenses when entering the country.

9. Sanitary requirements

Travelers must present a vaccination certificate proving the application of at least two doses against Covid-19. These doses must have been applied no later than 14 days before the departure of the first flight out of the country.

We ask that you verify from your country the legal requirements regarding other vaccines.
